The 4.0.x POM uses model 4.1.0, so select the reusable workflow's existing Maven 4 wrapper path. Remove a duplicate Commons IO declaration. The resulting CI reaches dependency resolution but fails because
io.github.easy4j:spring-biz:1.1.5.RELEASEis absent from the configured repositories. Nospring-bizimports were found in 26 main Java source files, but removing the dependency could change the published transitive contract; keep this PR draft pending an available artifact or a compatibility decision. No release workflow changes.
