依赖版本已通过批量升级评估，但 v0.1.1 刚刚发布，暂不合并以保护已上线的 crates.io 版本：

• cargo 依赖多为 major bump（redis 0.29→1.6、criterion 0.5→0.8、x509-cert 0.2→0.3、rand_core 0.6→0.10、md-5 0.10→0.11、quick-xml 0.41→0.42），可能涉及源码兼容改动；需要先在分支上跑测试+clippy 验证后再合并
• GitHub Actions（actions/checkout v4→v7、upload-artifact v4→v7、codecov-action v4→v7、softprops/action-gh-release v2→v3）建议在 CI 切换前单独评估

后续动作：待 v0.1.2 周期统一处理（建立 Issue 跟踪），不在 0.1.1 patch 期内混入。
