…flows hash Use eclipse-score/more-disk-space instead of the free_disk_space action. The action is now executed before the repository checkout step. Also add more-disk-space to the lint workflow.

Replace the
eclipse-score/cicd-workflowsfree_disk_spacecomposite action witheclipse-score/more-disk-space(level 4) in thebuild_linux,coverage_report, andsanitizers_linuxworkflows. The action is now placed before the repository checkout step to maximize available disk space early. Thelintworkflow also gets this action added.All
cicd-workflowsreferences are updated to latest hash that includesmore-disk-spacein QNX and docs workflows that we use. There were failures related to lack of disk space recently
