Backport of #23 from edera/mainline to edera/6.18-lts (99d316df932d), prepared by Claude. Run log.

Merge with Rebase and merge, so edera/6.18-lts stays linear.

Claude's report

Claude left no report (backport step: success).

Both builds are running in the background; I'll write the report once they finish.

xen-pciback seizes a hidden device in an fs_initcall, but the Xen IOMMU
registered from a device_initcall. Registering probes every PCI device
that already exists, so a hidden device was found with a driver bound and
the IOMMU core warned about a late probe at driver bind.

Register from subsys_initcall_sync instead, so the IOMMU is in place
before pciback binds anything.
