Add Assisted AI Chat clipboard flow for V0.1.2

Summary

Reduces friction in the manual AI Chat path without automating or scraping third-party AI pages.

Assisted AI Chat

• One click copies the generated extraction prompt and opens the selected AI chat page
• One click reads the copied AI response from the clipboard and immediately runs the existing import, Validation, and Review flow
• Manual paste remains available when clipboard access is unavailable or blocked
• Clipboard access happens only after explicit user interaction
• FlowExtract does not monitor the clipboard in the background

Boundaries

• No cookie or session access
• No AI-page DOM automation
• No scraping of AI output
• No hidden or unofficial AI API
• No backend
• No new dependency
• Existing BYOK API mode remains unchanged

Tests

Adds React coverage for clipboard-assisted import and blocked-permission fallback, updates browser smoke controls, and updates the live production smoke to exercise clipboard import on the V0.1.2 build.
