Finalizes V0.1.0 after the successful production Qwen Beijing end-to-end smoke test. Marks Qwen verification as region-scoped (Beijing only), updates the UI release label, replaces obsolete Cloudflare Pages documentation with the actual Workers + Static Assets deployment, aligns README/SPEC/SECURITY/release docs, and records the verified persistence/export/backup behavior. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Singapore Qwen, and Hong Kong Qwen remain Experimental until separate live smoke tests pass.
