Add manual AI Chat extraction mode

Summary

Adds a second extraction path for users who prefer an AI chat product over API usage.

AI Chat mode

• Generate the extraction prompt locally from parsed document text and the current schema
• Let the user copy the prompt and open ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, or another AI chat
• Import a pasted JSON response
• Reuse the existing deterministic validation, Review, correction, persistence, export, and eval flow
• Record manual service provenance without storing the raw pasted chat response

API mode

The existing BYOK flow remains available and keeps provider, model, region, and key handling behavior.

Compatibility and privacy

• Legacy V0.1 extraction records without an extraction mode are treated as API records
• API keys remain runtime-only
• Manual chat sessions are never automated, scraped, or accessed by FlowExtract
• Copying a generated prompt does not transmit it; the user decides when to paste it into an external AI service
• No backend, database, account system, paid infrastructure, or new dependency is added

Tests and docs

Adds domain coverage for prompt generation, fenced/plain response parsing, malformed output, unknown fields, manual provenance, backup round trips, React mode behavior, and Playwright mode switching. README, Chinese README, SECURITY, CHANGELOG, and design docs are updated.
