Adds a reusable production smoke gate for FlowExtract.
The new Playwright production test runs against the real workers.dev origin after pushes to main. It injects only a synthetic IndexedDB project and verifies:
The production job retries briefly to tolerate the Cloudflare Git deployment finishing after the GitHub push. It uses no provider key, backend, paid service, or private user data.
