declare failed as an explicit array in uv-tools and vscode, add the missing header blank line in homebrew, and drop the unused install-prelude source from the ai-skills standalone guard to match ai-plugins and ai-mcp
remove the unused PRELUDE source from ai-skills and ai-plugins tests, rename APM_VALUES fixtures and apm target descriptions to neutral names, and point the load.bash example at assert_line
repoint research agent references from .apm/skills to .copilot/skills and fix the AGENTS.md response rule that named CLAUDE.md
