Rebind cmd+l from the Claude Code extension sidebar (claude-vscode.sidebar.open) to the built-in workbench.action.chat.open, which opens the chat view regardless of provider and focuses the GitHub Copilot chat when Copilot is the active provider. The older provider specific ids (workbench.action.openChat.copilot) are deprecated. Fixes DOT-49
