Adds a shareable architecture-and-rollout infographic with a readable GitHub preview. It explains how repository sources become Decisions and other intelligence views, and how Pace coordinates capability-by-capability adoption through reviewed consumer PRs.
View the current infographic and explanation.
The notes distinguish shared Relay tooling from consumer hosting, organization composition from repository pages, and working Decisions pages from completed historical ADR backfill. They also identify the newer ADR-first priority above older roadmap-first passages in the program tracker. The October 3 illustration is preserved unchanged; current observations are dated October 5. No runtime, policy contract or generated distribution changes.
Validation for the refresh: visual and independent ownership/rollout review; PNG signature, dimensions and every chunk CRC; original-image byte preservation; local README links; continuity schema, ordered headings and size bounds;
git diff --check. Full runtime, catalog and distribution suites were not rerun for this documentation-only refresh; earlier results remain historical evidence. Hosted checks are reported separately by GitHub.ADR not required: this illustrates existing ownership and rollout intent without introducing an architectural decision. This PR remains a draft for sharing and review.
