docs(api): aggregate asset health scores endpoint + path filter (APP-1713)

Summary

Documents the new GET /public/beta/{env_id}/asset-health-scores/aggregate endpoint and the path folder filter (APP-1713).

• docs/api/introduction.mdx gets a new row in the resource table and an "Aggregate health score for a set of assets" section. The section explains:
  • aggregation by table filters or folder, computed over the test results of the matching assets rather than as a mean of per-asset scores
  • scores in the 0–1 range over a fixed 7-day window
  • path matching (equals-or-nested, trailing / ignored)
  • no-filter behavior
  • the 200 zero card
• New reference stub api/reference/asset-health-scores/aggregate-asset-health-scores.mdx, added to docs.json.
• api-reference/beta/openapi.json is synced from the regenerated elementary-internal docs/external-api/openapi.json, with the servers URL kept as https://prod.api.elementary-data.com.
