State submission requirements around AI

What Happened?

The current Publishing Requirements page does not seem to state a stance on generative AI content.

Only when submitting an App to the AppCenter, the PR states:

• The application I submit does not include AI generated contents

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit and read Publishing Requirements

Expected Behavior

the Publishing Requirements state all relevant requirements.
