- Use Granite.Box and GraniteHeaderLabel
- Fixes deprecation warning about H2 style class
- Use HeaderLabel secondary_text instead of tooltip (labels don't usually have tooltips)
- Scope down variables as private
- Remove dead code and outdated comments
- Set css classes instead of add/remove
- Set state tooltip from source of truth, not from other UI
