perf(http): send shared static response pieces without body concatenation - #26
HTTP pull endpoints currently copy immutable metric metadata into a contiguous body on every request. Add an optional ordered response body that borrows immutable text and stores changing text by offset in reusable owned scratch. Existing contiguous handlers retain their behavior.
The HTTP service sends bounded vectored batches through WriteAllV, preserving partial-write handling and buffer lifetime through completion. Handler errors discard all partial pieces, and the worker-local pool retains bounded scratch only after writes retire. Borrowed storage must outlive response transmission.
Validation: the new real-socket regression sends 8,192 pieces through a small send buffer, interrupts a response, reuses the pool, and verifies handler errors and Content-Length. An additional test checks ownership, scratch growth, and response moves. Both pass in the Lavik integration build; Lavik metrics, cleaner, and multikey CTests also pass (5/5 total).
Used by Lavik #401; performance measurements are recorded there. No performance gain is asserted from copy reduction alone.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
HTTP responses can now be assembled from multiple text segments while preserving their order and reporting the combined response length correctly.
Bug Fixes
Failed request handlers no longer include partial response content in the error response, helping ensure clients receive a consistent failure message.
HttpResponse now supports borrowed and owned body parts. HttpService calculates content length from those parts and sends them in bounded vectored batches. It also pools response objects and clears partial body parts after handler failures. Tests and networking documentation cover the changes.

Summary
Response body parts include/bycorf/net/http_service.h, src/net/http_service.cpp
HttpResponse adds borrowed and owned body-part operations. Owned parts use offsets into body_; borrowed parts refer to external text.
Response sending and pooling src/net/http_service.cpp, docs/architecture/networking.md
HttpService pools response objects, uses the combined body size for Content-Length, and writes segmented bodies in bounded iovec batches. Handler failures clear body parts before setting the error body.
Service tests and build integration include/bycorf/net/http_service.h, tests/http_service_test.cpp, CMakeLists.txt
Tests check mixed body parts, service responses, aborts, handler failures, and missing routes. CMake adds the test source to the runtime test target.
Ordinary HTTP responses now carry unnecessary coroutine-frame overhead. This is a bounded performance concern, not a demonstrated response failure; it can be addressed before merge or accepted with owner awareness.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title "perf(http): send shared static response pieces without body concatenation" matches the main change. The PR adds an ordered HTTP response body that borrows immutable static text and sends pieces in vectored batches (WriteAllV) instead of concatenating them into one body. The raw summary covers the HttpResponse body-part API, the vectored write path in WriteResponse, and pool changes, all of which support the title. The title is a single sentence of 73 characters and uses a conventional commit prefix. It does not mention the tests or the docs, which is acceptable.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 9.09% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 11 functions across 3 files. (2 skipped: 2 unsupported.)
Resolution

Move the segmented send out of WriteResponse's common frame.
buffers remains live across co_await stream.WriteAllV(...). The WriteResponse coroutine frame therefore reserves about 16 KB for it, including when body_parts_ is empty. This affects ordinary contiguous, error, and not-found responses.
The frame pool means this increases the existing coroutine-frame allocation and may move it to a larger pool class. It does not add a separate heap allocation per request.
Extract the segmented loop into WriteBodyParts. Then only segmented responses pay for the large frame.

Extract the segmented-body batching loop and its large buffers array from
WriteResponse into a new HttpService method named WriteBodyParts, declaring it
in the class. Have WriteResponse delegate to WriteBodyParts for segmented
responses so its common coroutine frame no longer retains the array across the
write await.
