Bumps evmone_precompiles to evmone v0.25.0 (erigontech/evmone_precompiles#7). erigon takes modexp and BN254 ecadd from it.

Exponent-heavy and even-modulus inputs get 1.4-2.8x faster. Inputs with the small exponent 65537 (RSA-style verification) get 8-11% slower; that path is upstream's.
