This implements the petpet command. The sprite of the hand was taken from https://benisland.neocities.org/petpet/ and a lot of the code was adapted from their implementation as well.

I've been holding off on this because I'd like to use a version of the pet GIF that can scale better with images. The original source video of the pet GIF (as well as attempts to reconstruct the GIF from it) are present in that above thread; I've just re-extracted the original frames from the video, but it still needs to be rotoscoped/made transparent.

(That, and I'd really like to use a better format for storing animation templates than GIF...)

I totally agree. I've gone ahead and made the higher quality images, and they're now stored in 900x900 pngs, is this what you were looking for?
