Added yasbd-lib to the spaCy universe.
yasbd-lib is a high-accuracy, rule-based Sentence Boundary Detector supporting 39 languages. It works standalone or as a spaCy pipeline component via
nlp.add_pipe("yasbd"), and includes a drop-in adapter for pysbd.Types of change
