Android screens usually have very high DPIs, making expyriments default font sizes a bit unusable.
This PR changes the default font size based on the DPI of android screens, assuming that a 'normal' screen would have 160 DPI (which acknowledges a difference in DPI as well as a different distance to the screen).
The size of text in text menus is defaulted to 2.5 times this value as they need to be clicked with clumsy fingers.
The app-selection text-menu reflects these changes.
