Moves the inline TLS protocol pin from OpenApiServer to its own file under com.retailsvc.http.internal so the ASVS gate can match it by path (src/main/java/.../internal/.*(Ssl|Tls|Https).*\.java) without also flagging unrelated edits to OpenApiServer.
