Summary

• Add a deterministic dual-libc benchmark foundation with generated flake lock, lifecycle tooling, environment validation, and database services.
• Add native Actix Web PostgreSQL workloads for single query, multiple queries, fortunes, and updates.
• Harden measurement collection, target-rate load generation, WebSocket coverage, Autobahn execution, eBPF collection, and managed container lifecycles.
• Replace placeholder adapters with native uWebSockets Zig, Hical C++, Agenesio C++, Dusty Zig, and Swerver Zig implementations.
• Remove the invalid Zix HTTP adapter after confirming its upstream project is a WebRTC library.
