Patch bump of the linter (transitive via rubocop-rails-omakase). Lockfiles only. Used --conservative; rack stays at 2.x. Verified locally: rubocop still reports 0 offenses at 1.88.2 (exact CI config), full suite 16/52/0, reek clean.
