Update sradio

Currently, sradio crashes pd as noted by @porres, [here](https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/issues/652). 
The object is rather old and poorly constructed.
It needs to be updated to use the latest GUI code from the codebase, instead of copying code from x_text or g_radio.
