Refine workday UI and forecast experience

Summary

• Redesigns the Weather page with current conditions, next-hour forecast, and 7-day forecast.
• Rewrites README and setup docs, and adds user/development guides.
• Rebuilds the GitHub Pages installer page with a cleaner instructional experience.

Tested

• arduino-cli compile for esp32:esp32:jczn_2432s028r with huge_app partition.
• Uploaded successfully to /dev/cu.usbserial-120.
• Checked that local Wi-Fi credentials are not present in versioned files.
