@ivorbosloper — heads-up that de_sl is currently broken against its source service. I ran into
it while adding a converter for Saarland's other IACS dataset (the LPIS reference parcels).

Happy to take this on if you'd rather not — could you confirm the breakage and, if so, assign it to
me?
