refactor(app_installations): migrate Android plugin to Kotlin

Description

Migrates the firebase_app_installations Android implementation from Java to Kotlin while preserving the existing method-channel and event-channel behavior. Updates the Android Gradle configuration to compile Kotlin sources across supported AGP versions.

Verified with flutter test for the package and :firebase_app_installations:compileDebugKotlin.
