Initialize Go module and ensure test file dependencies for successful test execution.
The
go.modfile was missing, preventinggo test ./...from running correctly. Additionally, some tests (TestBufioNewReader) failed due to a dependency ontmp/tmp.logwhich was deleted by other tests, requiring its recreation.
