Dependabot reported vulnerabilities in mongo-driver, x/net, and Contour. Upgrade each module to its first patched release and align the Kubernetes, Gateway API, OpenShift, and Istio dependency set required by the newer Contour release.
The etcd 3.6 API imports grpc-gateway v2 generated options, but the module was absent from go.sum. Record the indirect dependency so clean CI environments can resolve the package.

Upgrade each dependency to its first patched release. Align Kubernetes, Gateway API, OpenShift, and Istio modules with the newer Contour API generation.
This addresses Dependabot alerts #5, #6, and #7 without intended application behavior changes.
