Closes #58

Added the passphrase to the credential options. This makes it possible to use encrypted private keys, looking like this:

-----BEGIN ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY-----
abc123.............
-----END ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY-----

tested with HTTPS, self-signed cert
