Is graphical installation of Flatpak apps supported on T2 SDE Linux? If not, please add the same note as for example Slackware. Thanks!
Updated installation instructions for Flatpak to clarify usage of local prefix and added a note about graphical installation limitations.

I don't think we need to mention more than t2 install flatpak for users before 26.6
Removed note about graphical installation limitations for T2 SDE Linux.
Removed unnecessary instructions for older versions of T2 SDE Linux.
Updated installation instructions for Flatpak to include guidance for older versions.
