• Contracts/invariants affected; local/remote implications: preserve stream freshness, deduplication, replay, schema 11 and protocol 4. Workspace collection remains local-only; existing Sync triggers stay intact. Background sync remains excluded.
• Validation results; remaining risks: mise run check:push passed, including 59 web unit tests, all 83 browser tests, complete Go tests, race tests, contracts and generated/static checks. Activity timestamps remain heuristic; deploy the server before updated collectors because older servers reject new optional metadata.
• Intentional architecture/design changes and rationale: separate code activity from arrival time and unread state. Preserve index timestamps and existing content identity during Git reads; missing activity falls back to captured collection time.
• UI evidence: desktop and compact light/dark inspection plus local/remote keyboard-focus tests passed. Existing Pierre geometry retained.
