Drop the interop test matrices from STATUS.md and fold in concise "What's implemented" and "Limitations" sections from the README. Remove the README's Repo layout / What's implemented / Limitations sections in favor of a pointer to STATUS.md, and slim the interop section down to a link to moq-interop-runner (where this implementation is registered as moq-go).
