Floor-only patch, 0.3.5 to 0.3.6. This is wave 5 of the 2026-09-29 perf batch, after magic 0.0.24 (live).

What ships

Every sibling floor names this batch's release: magic ^0.0.22 to ^0.0.24, fluttersdk_artisan ^0.0.16 to ^0.0.17, fluttersdk_wind ^1.7.0 to ^1.8.0. The old ranges already admitted these versions, so a fresh pub get resolves nothing differently. magic 0.0.24 removes MagicController.onRefreshUI (BREAKING), and this package does not call it (checked with a grep over lib/ and test/).
