Update Flyte 2 skills to match current v2 docs - #49

Refresh the Flyte 2 SDK skills against the current union.ai/docs v2 (llms-full.txt) so agent guidance tracks the documented API: - flyte-sdk-types: offloaded File/Dir sync+async API (from_local/new_remote/ from_existing_remote/open/download/exists/walk), native DataFrame auto-serialization across pandas/pyarrow/dask/polars plus flyte.io.DataFrame (from_df, Annotated format hints, open(...).all()), the flyteplugins-polars / -lance / -jsonl plugins, the Flyte 2 type-transformer protocol (get_literal_type/async to_literal/to_python_value/guess_python_type + entry points), and content-based caching via flyte.io.HashFunction; drop obsolete File(path=...) / DataFrame(...) / to_polars() patterns. - flyte-sdk-run: replace the outdated --rerun-from flow with / flyte.rerun(), and add the recover-a-failed-run story (--recover, action-name, force-rerun-action, RECOVERED phase, caching-vs-recovery). - flyte-sdk-app: add the Ollama (generic AppEnvironment) and native FlyteWebhookAppEnvironment patterns. - flyte-sdk-data / -eval / -ml / -author: migrate example code off the raw File(path=...) / DataFrame(...) / .to_polars() constructors to the documented from_local / from_existing_remote / from_df / open(...).all() equivalents and correct the JSONL plugin import. All packaging/skill-structure checks still pass.
