pkgsrc's go meta-package reaches the binary mirrors before the versioned package it depends on. On a new Go release, pkg_add go then fails with "no pkg found for 'go127-1.27.1*'" until the mirror catches up, and the job fails before any test runs. Take the release named in go.mod from go.dev instead, which is also the version the Linux jobs test with.
NetBSD doesn't have /usr/local, pkgsrc installs into /usr/pkg.

The NetBSD job installs Go with

This takes the Go release named in
go.modfrom go.dev instead, the same version the Linux jobs test with. The other BSD jobs keep using their package repos, whosegopackage is a single package without that ordering problem.
