MODORDERS-1463 Bump acquisition-methods interfaces for deprecated flag

Merge after PR for MODORDSTOR-522 - this PR requires orders-storage.acquisition-methods 1.1, which that PR provides.

Provided acquisition-methods and required orders-storage.acquisition-methods 1.0 -> 1.1; the deprecated field itself is already on master via acq-models.

Purpose

Additive change in acquisition-method data model should result in minor interface version bump. This is so that later the updated frontend can explicitly require the updated minor version for compatibility.

Approach

Bump minor interface versions.
