docs: remove superseded repository archive copies - #495

Git already retains the retired project-standard document. Remove the second archive and its manifest entries so the live documentation tree contains only current authored surfaces.

Closes #411. Removes the superseded docs/archive copies (85 deletions across 3 files); the canonical standards live in the kanon standards corpus.
