docs(agents): fix stale mneme-owns-Datalog claim in AGENTS.md - #44

AGENTS.md's Purpose line still described mneme as consuming heurēma 'for Datalog', which reads as mneme owning a Datalog query surface. README.md and lib.rs already carry the corrected claim (heurēma owns the engine as akolouthia; mneme is the memory-policy layer over it) as of db1cc21 (2026-08-16) -- AGENTS.md predates that fix by one day and was missed. No behavior change; docs only.
