Regenerated via kanon lint --write-baseline (8 entries covering 14 violations): 9x WORKFLOW/llm-schema-valid (kanon#3090/#3339; reconciliation is kanon#3106), 3x SHELL/unpinned-action, 1x CI/release-yml-missing-attestation, 1x YAML/missing-concurrency. remove_after = 2026-12-02. Supersedes the interrupted chore/llm-schema-lint-baseline lane. Gate-Passed: no-local-gate (design-phase repo, no Cargo manifest); change scoped to .kanon-lint-baseline.toml; operative gate is the fleet reusable on this PR
