Thanks for those RNs. I have a few inline comments and the following ones:
- the links to pagure.io issues were not added in the section "Detailed changelog", it is done on purpose?
- a few newer commits are missing:

The list is empty but should contain more than 60 tickets.

This is a bug in the new release notes generator. I've added the tickets that were fetched manually. I'm not sure why not all tickets related to commits were picked correctly.

just spotted 2 tickets that should not be marked as resolved (the commit message mentions Related: but not Fixes:).

8803 was fixed a long time ago, there is only a test related to it in this release. IMO we should remove it from the RNs.

9920 is not fixed, the commit only marks the failures as known issues. Should be removed from the RNs.
