Drop the phantom v0.2 docs archive binding - #43

The v0.3.0 release sync auto-added a v0.2 archive entry and a DOCS_V0_2 service binding pointing at rigkit-docs-v0-2. That Worker was never deployed and cannot be: v0.2 docs were a Mintlify site, not the Astro docs app, so the versioned deploy tooling has nothing to build. Wrangler refuses to deploy the website Worker while it binds to a nonexistent service, which has broken Deploy Web since #41. The v0.3 archive Worker did deploy on the v0.3.0 tag, so future lines are unaffected.
