The 'What you get' sample was inside a ```markdown fence, so GitHub showed raw pipes instead of tables. Now a blockquote, which GitHub renders. Headings inside the sample became bold text so they do not pollute the README outline. The sample-vs-real-render test still applies; the wide-table check's exemption for quoted rows is now documented in the test. AGENTS.md gains the rule.
