Fork Dozuki/frontegg-react from upstream at v4.0.23 (4d59ec0). This commit restores the working tree to that tag exactly; subsequent development diverges from upstream and no further merges in either direction are planned. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Background
We're using a deprecated version of the frontegg-react library. I've forked their repo and this PR reverts it back to the version that we're currently using. We'll be modifying the repo for our specific use from this point forward.
