docs: add FAQ section for common questions

Rationale

The README has extensive technical documentation but no FAQ section. New users often have questions about algorithm selection, provider compatibility, evaluation methods, and how agent-opt fits into the broader Future AGI ecosystem. This FAQ addresses the most common questions based on existing documentation.
