Rolling back the decision from #79. Part of the thought was better interop, but most use cases that would be benefit have to do around prereleases and preview versions. Unfortunately,
npmeffectively ignores those anyways so one would be usingoverridesor similar in any situation.Considering little benefit seen for the requirement of every downstream user to also install
effectionwasn't worth the trade off.
