In readme is this:
Icon is only visible when there are companions in Hero's party.
But i see icon, green one.
My guess, when i did Silden conquest, there was orc Trompok companion, i tried to park him outside of city for city attack, by using Wait here.
But was attack i checked on him and he wasnt in place, i checked it more detaily.. and he is hardcoded, once city attack starts, he become hostile and run to kill back into city. It make sense...
But maybe some companion code or settings stayed stuck somewhere in the game save.
