Before: Ctrl+Shift+V (chamada de voz) e Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V (chamada de vídeo) eram ignorados quando o campo de mensagem estava focado, por causa de um bloqueio pensado para o "colar sem formatação".
After: os atalhos fazem a chamada também com o campo de mensagem focado.
O wxPython não tem colar sem formatação, então o bloqueio não protegia nada. Os atalhos agora ligam direto a
_on_voice_call/_on_video_call; o filtro_focus_is_in_a_text_entrye os wrappers foram removidos, o teste foi atualizado e há entrada no changelog da versão não lançada em todos os idiomas.How: testes não rodados localmente (wx/pywin32 não instalam no Linux); contam com o CI.
