Summary of Changes

Hello, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request resolves an issue within the Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline concerning license header validation. By transitioning from a fixed copyright year to a more adaptable pattern, the system can now accurately validate files with either the 2025 or 2026 copyright year, thereby preventing potential build failures and ensuring compliance.

Highlights

  • CI License Header Check: Updated the .licenserc.yaml configuration to use a flexible pattern for license header validation, allowing for copyright years 2025 or 2026.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Changelog
  • .licenserc.yaml
    • Updated the license header check configuration to support multiple copyright years and ensure the full license text is present.

Code Review

This pull request updates the .licenserc.yaml configuration to allow for copyright years 2025 and 2026 in license headers by replacing a static copyright-year with a more flexible regex pattern. This is a sensible approach for the upcoming year change. My review found a minor indentation issue in the new pattern that could cause the license checker to fail. I've provided a suggestion to correct this.
