Summary:

  • Minor fix to have the code compile out of the box on Mac.
  • Fix missing blas and lapack dependencies on GitHub action workflow.
  • Fix out-of-date python binding.

Add Catch2 unit test build and CI integration

Wire up BUILD_CURVATURE_METRIC_TESTS option: fetch Catch2 via cmake/Catch2.cmake,
add penner_tests executable target, register with CTest, and update GitHub Actions
workflow to build and run tests with output-on-failure.
