• README.zh-CN.md := previous README.md verbatim (kept, no re-translation), with a top language switcher line

• stale cross-language link to README.en.md / 中文 README en-facing equivalent dropped (both sides), matching the spec-repo PR#4 diff
• scores / issue tables / images / results untouched

• Weekly regen (cf. ce04e3f) writes the zh scoreboard to README.md and en to README.en.md; retarget to README.zh-CN.md/README.md before the next run or the English facade is overwritten.
• Description says docs/ links to README.en.md, but nothing in docs/ or results/ does (docs/ holds images only), so the third copy only adds drift.
